I wanted to love this place as a few of my friends recommended the shop to me and its really local. I have tried twice now for builder gel and both times the appointment is very rushed. Minimal cuticle work which results in my nails looking very grown out after a week! Definitely wouldnt return. Whenever Ive had builder gel elsewhere the appointment has been 1.5 hours. I assume they have managed to almost half this time by cutting corners with prep work which is disappointing when they are charging the same rates as nail techs that are thorough. Havent tried other treatments here so cant comment on those.
