        Absolutely disappointed about the way they deal with customer. I had booked appointment at 4:30pm but when arrived there due to there busy the lady told me the appointment is not available, can change another date. What kind of waste my time. Firstly, they confirm with me the appointment time, but they rushed to cut off the line without ask the customer name. So this is their mistake. They should not play with the customer and waste my time . Moreover, it makes my child feels really disappointed and upset, dissatisfied their service.
