it seems like similar situations have happened before to others
Booked an appointment for 3pm earlier this week. My appointment confirmed via email.
I came to the shop early, as I'm walking up the path to the shop, the guy obviously inside saw me, locked the door and disappeared into the back of the shop and didnt return. After waiting outside knocking constantly and trying to call his phone with no answer, I gave up and went to a great barber up the road.

Turned up 5 minutes early, as I'm walking up the path to the shop, there's a guy inside, who clearly sees me, locks the door and disappears into the back of the shop, never to return! Waited outside like a lemon for 15 minutes before I gave up. Won't be returning.
