Barclays Bank

Needed to get some software set up for my accountant and the phone assistance wasn't great. Popped into Stockport in the hope that they would assist and the two girls on the counter were fantastic. They gave me step by step instructions on my laptop and overcame a few hurdles to ensure it was all set up correctly. Absolutely fantastic service

Absolutely ridiculous. Taken me almost 6 months to open a bank account. Everything went online as they took the high street banks! Only to find their online system was rubbish. Took months of phonecalls back and forth then months to get a face to face appointment purely to open an account! Eventually it was opened only to be called back in to the bank as they needed to take a photo of my passport and DL which I brought in last time I was asked to come to the bank! Absolutely dreadful! So I've walked In today with the Passport and DL and they told me I have to wait for approx 1 hour! Wth!!!

Zero Stars for customer service if I could. You queue to use a machine that 1 out of 3 works.

Went into branch Stockport to ask for charity statements to be printed there and then as we had a donor who wanted to make a donation. But needed proof of figures and charity. Lady not listening or interested. Worst bank ever wish we had opened up with another helpful bank. Disappointed!
