        Called in to have a chip repaired in my windscreen assistant advised he would check, 25 minutes later still waiting, asked assistant again to be told erm not sure at its raining!!! Well it wasnt when I asked 25mins ago!! no apology just told "whe are busy!!!!!!

        The woman (apologies don't know your name) who did my service and parts fitting was really good, definitely knew her stuff and the lad I picked the bike back up from today Calum was great aswell.... both had excellent customer service, didn't feel rushed and really took the time to get everything right for me thanks !
