I booked in with Ruth out of curiosity as I wanted to see whether my skin issues were linked to my gut health. I would say that this has been one of the biggest revelations I have ever had. I was so shocked that for someone who lives a relatively healthy lifestyle, my gut was in such poor shape. It has totally changed the way I view stress and food. Ruth was professional, positive and calming throughout the whole experience (hence why I went for 3 rounds of hydrotherapy). It was absolutely worth the investment and to anyone who is considering this treatment I would strongly recommend going with this clinic. Inner health will take care of you, and you will feel so much better physically and mentally.

I had my first appointment with Lisa yesterday. She was absolutely lovely and put me at ease immediately. I feel much more energentic after my treatment and i will be returning. Lisa was very knowledgeable and talked me through everything thoroughly. The procedure itself was fine, no discomfort and i would highly recommend.

I had my first colon hydrotherapy done today and Kelly did it for me. She prioritised my dignity and comfort. She was absolutely amazing! Would highly recommend Inner Health Clinic and more specially Kelly!

Truly feel so much healthier and less bloated. The be forts are tremendous for over all health and Ruth was so wonderful
