Lesley at Parallax Consulting has recently helped me make the switch from a sole trader to a limited company. She made the whole process easy and gave me some very good advice. Lesley clearly pointed out the benefits and also gave me an easy to use manual which explains the ins and outs, alongside a training session on Quick Books. I feel confident that Im now in the right direction and finally on course to invest in a pension! Thanks for taking the pain out of my accounting.

I would like to share our experience with Parallax Consultancy Ltd. They didn't file the confirmation statement for Zagros Travel. They are trying to get more clients with only couple of staff, that's one of the reasons they either miss to file the confirmation statement or file it late and the business owner gets penalty. When they closed our account they didn't send one of the ex. employee's P45. When she called them for her P45 they refused to send it and they told her they have submitted everything to the company which is not true at all. Service was terrible! Not recommended!
