        Slow to respond to queries, called to arrange for my Fiesta ST to be booked in for a service, got told I would receive a call back during the day, didnt happen so called back the next day and the advisor new nothing of the previous days interaction so had to start again from the beginning, on top of that there is a long waiting list to get anything done from the service department.

        We use this garage to buy our parts. Staff always helpful Good old fashioned customer service . They have been operating for years.And the staff have certainly been there a while. Great team of staff and always a treat to do business with them
