I have just taken delivery of a pre registered 2022 MG ZS from Purbeck MG. Richard the sales person was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the minute I stepped inside the showroom through to collecting the car just a few days later, arranged around my availability. I discussed my desire to have some stability around my future servicing costs. Richard put together a bespoke service plan for 5 years which includes the cost of the cars two first MOTs. I look forward to dealing with Richard and the team at Wool and Bovington Motors over the ownership of the car and the peace of mind the service plan has given me. The reviews of the local business speak volumes and it is refreshing to not receive any type of typically expected pushy sales techniques. The vehicle itself was immaculately presented and even kept in the on-site workshop awaiting my arrival on a horrible wet and blustery day until I was ready to drive away. Richard kindly put in half a tank of fuel into our new ZS and gave me a very fair part ex price on my outgoing vehicle. This is the first time I have felt the need to write a public online review. If only other companies had a Richard working for them.
