Came here today for a swim with my friend, her child and my younger brother. Although the interior is nice, clean, changing rooms were clean etc, we got in and was not allowed to use the baby pool (wasnt told this on entry) as they had lessons on. This is fine but I think staff should be making people aware of this as they would have been able to play with the toys/floats etc and use all the pool facilities. If come here with young children for an open swim just make sure you ask if theres any lessons on as I feel like it was a total waste of money and facilities. Staff could have maybe apologised and gave us a couple toys to play with at least as I felt as though he was abrupt and made me feel bad for attempting to go in there. Just be mindful of this if you come here:)

I am a regular user of the swimming pool. Today the carpark was very busy, although it also services Aireville park and the other facilities within the complex, Yoga, Spinning classes and fully kitted out gym, there is also a cafe onsite. The main pool was good, there is also a kids pool so it keeps a lot of younger children seperate, from the people like me who just want to do lengths. The showers are good and powerful the cubicles are cleaned on a regular basis as are the alleyways. There are always several gaurds on duty for safety and crowd control. Look at the website for specific time slots, i prefer the general swims, i find the lane swims a bit busy. Keep up the good work guys, it is a good general leisure facility.
