Tracy Kimberg - Teenage and Relationship Therapist

Tracey has undeniably changed my life. I found her really at my lowest of lows and literally after the first session, my life and mind began to drastically change for the better. She is so kind, so knowledgeable and her ability to tailor her technique to each session has always completely flawed me. Words can not describe my gratitude for this woman. She is an angel!

My teenage daughter was struggling with teenage hormones and emotional regulation due to that .We as parents are sometimes too emotionally involved and they need someone whos not emotionally connected .Tracy has been such a wonderful support for my teenager , holding her hands and supporting her to navigate the turbulent teenage years . She has learnt that she has no control over a lot of things but the only thing she can control is how she responds to them . I would highly recommend Tracy who has been a therapist who genuinely cares at the well being of her clients ! I specifically recommend her as a mother as she is a mother too . My daughter absolutely loves her

Tracy is possibly the loveliest person that I have ever met! She makes the whole experience extremely comfortable right from the first session. I would highly recommend meeting with her, not only to learn techniques to help yourself, but to find out more about yourself along the way. It has really helped me deal with my anxiety in a way that I didnt think I ever would.

I am so pleased I was able to work with Tracy. The sessions I had with her were all immensely helpful. Tracy helped me to process a lot of issues that I'd thought would be intractable. She used a variety of techniques to help me reframe 'stuck' thoughts that were keeping me trapped in a negative cycle. I was genuinely surprised at how much better I felt after these sessions and how much I'd been able to move on. A session I had with my husband really helped both of us to deal with an ongoing health issue too. I would wholeheartedly recommend Tracy; I found her sessions invaluable.

I can not recommend Tracy enough. Genuinely kind and caring. Never felt judged at all. Tracy really does care and wants to make a difference. She helped me out of a rut I got myself into when I thought there was no way out. Thank you Tracy.
