Vale Vets

Lovely vets and nurses who are very compassionate and knowledgeable. They were very thorough and explained our pug's condition. They were very willing to answer our questions and talk through the prognosis. Great to have Vale Referrals, with many specialists, part of this practice too

We have 2 dogs, 1 being a Weimaraner who was always very scared & agitated to go to see a Vet, previous practice we could not even get him through the entrance door. Changed to Vale Vets & such a difference on their attitude directly to the animals, so calming. Though he is still scared we can actually get him into consulting room. Found all staff friendly & informative.

not had a great experience with these vets since I found out my dog has cancer. Every conversation just felt like my dog was a money spinner. Even after numerous times of telling them we didn't want a private referral, they kept trying to push us down that route. After spending to find out what type of cancer she had, they still wanted another 350 referral fee to tell us what drug options are available. I have now put my foot down and said i want my vet to tell me our options, not the referral team. Surprise, surprise, they don't think they are qualified enough to do so, and my only option is referral again. No compassion

Absolutely disgusting the way we were spoke to over the treatment of our cat, wrong information and miss information led to our cat being taken in by the vets, and now are refusing to even inform us of the welfare of our cat, saying shes not your cat perhaps if the vet who we delt with gave us the right information we would not now be in this situation, and the lack of empathy throughout was disgusting, admit you were wrong and learn to communicate in a more professional way, rather then talking down us and making us feel like bad owners,
