    Very rude reception staff, which puts you off immediately. The left hand doesn't seem to know what the right hand is doing, you call someone give them the information only to be called a day later to be told no one has ever received it, while it's not the end of the world, it's really annoying and a waste of time. Imagine that 4 or 5 times over. No one ever answers the phone, so you are constantly leaving messages and no one gets back to you. Claiming for a CT scan through my insurance gave Vale referrals all the information, and spoke to my insurance company to let them know they could speak to vale. Vale have consistently said they are unable to speak to my insurance company. Spoke to the insurance company who said they speak to vets all the time and don't actually need permission but yes there was a note on the system that said they could discuss my policy with vale and resent a claim form. Called Vale up, asked if they were now able to speak to my insurance company and had they got the claim form, they said yes and no further action needed from me. Have had several conversations with other people who have been referred to Vale and all have said the same thing, say they will claim through insurers but for whatever reason Vale can't. There seem to be a lot of positive reviews so maybe it's just a one time bad experience but I would avoid like the plague to be honest.
