        Took our deposit, took our finance application. Took two days to tell us that the bike they'd sold us has sold out. This store holds NOTHING in stock and only sells bikes that are held in a warehouse owned by the manufacturers. Now we won't see our refund for a WEEK!!! utter scum, sold my old bike to buy this one. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY'RE A SCAM.

        This Company is dynamic and extremely efficient at providing excellent bikes at cutting edge prices. My KTM E bike arrived speedily safely and quickly in as new condition for a secondhand bike ! I would recommend the Online Cycle Shop to everybody.

        I purchased a set of forks from The Online cycle shop. The ones I originally wanted were not in stock and on back order. However they offered me an upgraded set for a very similar price. Cant fault them. Will be purchasing from you again.
