I had the unfortunate experience of hitting a pothole and getting a flat tyre just outside Stickney while on the way to pick my child up from school. I managed to roll it to the front of this garage and 2 guys came out with a jack and pneumatic tools and switched the space saver within 5 minutes. They then refused to take any payment for it. Really rare to meet this level of customer service these days. Thanks a lot guys, I really appreciated your help.

Weve never used the garage before and having recently moved to the area ,it seemed logical to use them .My wifes cars MOT was due booked car in apparently most of the staff not long back from being in turkey having a break .well car failed & including shock absorbers, major exhaust leak brakes not meeting requirements dont drive at the top of the fail sheet in bold letters Do not drive dangerous my wife asked for a quote to complete the repairs 600,00 WHAT Well my wife drove the car home she like me thought is was certainly nonsense regarding the brakes We took it to Boston MILL TYRES same day they put it on the ramp to verify there fail sheet Well regarding brakes there absolutely fine no issues theyve tried it on he said Shock absorbers one had a weep ( replaced ) exhaust had a slight leak sealed & gasket ) one track rod replaced sleeve split vehicle wheels tracked New MOT 198,00 Out the door Excellent recommended I thought MOT testers have a set standard of practice on vehicles apparently not & after all having spent a few notes on the turkey holiday well you need to get the money back from someone not this someone

Car had run out of mot!! They booked me in on short notice and carried out all repairs to a very high standard Polite, lovely people and great facilities Thanks Anthony and Maggie

The man who came to provide an MOT to my car refused to provide the MOT due to me asking one question. I was shocked at the disgusting tone in which the man showed and the fact he refused to MOT my car due to me asking if my car would fail due to the small crack on the windscreen it had even though it had not failed before for the same crack and was just an advisory on my Last MOT at a different garage. Overall his attitude was disgusting and I would not recommend coming here to anybody I know. He didnt even test to see if the crack would affect my driving or view which If he checked properly he would have known that it doesnt. I am very unhappy with the service provided.
