I first visited Gemma exactly 1 year ago, in a rather desperate and sorry state. Back pain, head pain - my body was painful. It had been since child birth really. Gemma immediately put me at ease and found the root cause of my problem instead of offering a temporary cure. I still see Gemma to this day and will continue to, its now part of my life - rebuilding my body. Gemmas knowledge and approach interests me greatly and I learn more and more about my body and mind every appointment. I trust Gemma implicitly and forever grateful I found her.

Gemma Worked absolute wonders on my frozen shoulder. She also did some gait analysis on me and identified an issue with my hips, that i'd never even realised i'd had, she then gave a footlift innersole to improve my gait, which also made a huge difference to my back and shoulders. I'd highly recommend her to everyone.

I've seen Gemma a number of times over the years and always felt at ease with her friendly manner and professional attitude. She's treated me for various issues, from the problems that come with sitting at a desk all day to sports related aches and pains, providing some well needed relief. She's also great at talking through exactly what's going on in your body as well as suggesting exercises and lifestyle changes to help any reoccurrence of these in the future. I can't recommend her enough!

I had a great experience at Steyning Osteopathic Clinic! Gemma's treatment quickly helped me out of pain and she explained in detail how my problem had started. I would highly recommend this clinic and would definitely return if I were to be in pain again.
