Hannah and the team are professional, knowledgeable and most importantly personable - I would highly recommend speaking to them if you are looking for a new mortgage ....and they are independently owned, which means they actually care! I really dont get how 8 people rated this high. I was referred to work with this company, and Dean sounds like a great person to talk. Unfortunately, the other aspects are so significant that I cant express in words how badly he impacted my life and my family. He took 1.5 months to give a simple mortgage illustration. He went on vacation without telling me anything for two weeks. He didnt reply my emails, my text messages and didnt answer the phone. First application he forgot to check the conditions to apply and the first lender refused the application. Second application he forgot to mention to the lender relevant details and the offer came incorrect. Thanks to my solicitor Im not in trouble for providing incorrect information to the lender. After the second failed application I got another broker and in FOUR DAYS I got my application submitted successfully. Now Im struggling to move, paying extra rent in a daily rate because this gentleman doesnt know the basics of his role and is totally insensitive to peoples well-being. Think twice.

I've now used Compass Mortgages on a good number of occasion and I can't recommend them enough. They are incredibly helpful, knowledgable and professional. Every single time they have gone over and above what was expected of them and every member of staff has worked tirelessly to make sure that their clients were happy and that they got the best deal for them. We used Compass to help us with our mortgage. Unfortunately due to our own historical misdemeanours we weren't the easiest client, however, Dean, Sarah and all the team made the whole process so simple and smooth. From start to finish they were on top of every process and held our hands through it. Their knowledge and attention to detail to make sure we got the best deal available was superb. I wouldn't hesitate in going anywhere else for future mortgages, they were fantastic.
