Popped in to book my Caddy in for them to take a look at a faulty door handle. To my surprise, by sheer luck they were able to accommodate me same day, and provide me with a courtesy car to get around in.
Diagnosed within a couple of hours, and new part ordered up to be fitted the next day meaning minimal downtime without my work horse.
Great service all round, and now my van is out of manufacturers warranty, I'll be back for all future maintenance and repair work.
