Spencer is a great guy. He's very knowledgeable, fair and always willing to help as are the team who work for him. I would highly recommend .

Had work done. He supposedly charges 60 per hour. Great. However, he and his "apprentice" spent 35 minutes completing the repair. Charge was 190.00. I queried this as to his calculations, he refused to answer. The job was poorly done - the pipe is protruding from the wall so it is further than the wooden frame and so it needs to be done again. Also, he didn't complete this as requested - we asked for a stop valve - he didn't complete this. Plus used a plastic joint further up when we asked for copper. Remedial work is at my cost. Terrible - an embarrassment to the trade. Never again - too abusive! Unfortunate as its an easy job and other things need to be done! Thank you for reading.

Didn't call back when I made an enquiry. Probably very busy. Or closed down? Expect at least gold service. Or silver if they're Olympic contestants.

We have just had a complete bathroom refit by Spencer and his team.The team,Paul,Joe and Russell were very professional and have done a brilliant job.When they said they would be in at 8.30athey arrived on the dot and left the place spotless in the evening.They amazed us by only taking 7 days from start to finish.Special mention to Joe,such a delightful hardworking young man.We would certainly recommend Spencer Hart if you're looking for a 5 star job.
