A.p service how rude and unprofessional. We asked for them to quote us parts for our boiler because it's leaking out the overflow pipe. No cost was mentioned for call out or a cost for a quotation. The guy came quite promptly so that was good that's about as far a good it goes. He slides the casing off which I'd already unscrewed for him and then put on the invoice he'd striped the boiler. He told us what he thought the issue was and pumped some air into the system to see if that helped. At no point was i told any of this would cost anything. I didn't ask him to fix it I asked him to quote for a fix ! He left after less than 30 mins and said I'd receive a quote for the fix. 2 days later no quote but an invoice for work I hadn't asked him to do. I would have no issue at all if they'd told me from the start there will be a charge for him coming out. But they didn't. I disputed the invoice to a woman that talked over me and would not acknowledge that they'd not informed me prior of a charge for quoting. She said I'll close this invoice but don't bother calling us up again let's part ways there. Rediculous behaviour
