        Extremely disappointed with Deans attitude. He does a good job when he turns up but has let us down on more than one occasion and has failed to return calls when weve attempted to chase him up. If he cant or doesnt want to do the job why doesnt he say so, I would far rather him be honest and say that than constantly let us down.
