DPD posted a card through my door. I wasn't expecting a parcel but thought that maybe I had forgotten something. When I went to enquire about the parcel I was shouted at and belittled by the three men working in the shop. I understand now that if the parcel had been meant for me I would have recieved an email from DPD but I did not know this at the time and was only following the instructions on the card. Very rude, very unhelpful and quite threatening staff. I will never step foot in this shop again.
