Been with them 15 years and they used to be so good, as other have mentioned, but now so terrible that I've taken on the task of moving all 15 of my websites to another provider. Features that used to be free are now being charged for - backups, SSL, SMTP email sending for Gmail and other platforms outside of webmail. And don't start me on the awful 'Control Panel'. I found out just last week that because I'm on a legacy account, if I wanted to upgrade to cPanel it would cost me 75 PER SITE. Yeah, thanks but no thanks. Such a shame. Used to be great, but now so far behind other providers it's not even funny. I'm off to Siteground and have moved half my sites so far. It's another world. Suggest you do the same.

NOT good at all, the service is poor. Will not buy a domain or hosting from these guys ever again. After over 10 years with them they deactivated the main domain because the card on the system expired, despite the email stating 7 days grace they deactivated the domain leaving 100 and 100's of customers extremely disappointed. On the very next morning the card was updated and payment was made, but at no avail they stated that the website will be offline for 48 hrs and that they have no control over it... Immediately purchased a new domain from another provider and the website is now up and running (WITHIN 20 MINUTES). STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU PURCHASE YOUR SERVICES FROM OTHER PROVIDERS.

Don't use if you are in any way neurodiverse or need information in plain English. Used to be an excellent customer centred, business. Now all about the money, how much they can put prices up, whilst no improvement or value add for customers. Cannot wait to to leave

Been with LCN for 10 years already and they are a nightmare. The webmail is so old fashioned, basic and cumbersome. I cannot move my emails nor delate them properly to get back to within my limit. They suspend you and then you have to pay to reactivate but cannot do anything other than upgrade. I am sort of trapped with them now until I find a solution. Last guy who I chatted with online didn't care at all. I explained I'd lost my Mum and had neglected my emails and didn't care at all and made me pay to reactivate the service, then threatened that if I didn't fix it (Even though he offered no help) I would have to pay again. Nice to know after ten years they care for their customers! If only I could have charged them when their services go down. I think the reviews speak volumes.
