Very bad experience,on last Monday we went and purchased a skoda scala car 2019 model. They informed that they will rectify the issues and will give us the vehicle on Wednesday. In the invoice they also agreed to do the MOT etc. During the test drive SOS alarm was seeing on the dash board; the sales personal "Umesh" told it will turn off once the vehicle get started to run .Once we call them on Wednesday morning to let them know we are coming, they informed that they are not ready to give . Need to wait one more day. Once we went to collect the vehicle, they hadn't done the MOT , and other stuff. They informed that SOS service will be fine on the way home . We trusted them and went back home , it hadn't happened. Once we went to skoda garage, they told it will take time . Today we rang the Quality part Ltd , they told that will call back, as it not happened. We rang them again, he told if we bring the vehicle, they will try to do that. Not sure when we can go collect vehicle. It's really ridiculous,that they informed that it's not a issue initially. But once we call now they told it take to rectify. This irresponsible behavior made our time , money lost.

Friendly helpful. Plenty of cars to choose from during the sale, But after sales care is poor and struggle to get a response.
