Tracy really showed me vital communication skills that have gone on to help me in other parts of my work. From clinic to telephone, it has helped me to connect with people, help them with their needs and set down a solid foundation of trust, which is essential in any successful business. I met quite a few trainers but never anyone so dedicated and enthusiastic about the job! Sessions with Tracy are very informative, easy to understand and also at the same time fun. Tracys NBS training includes everything business needs up to a very little detail! The whole time she was available for any questions or queries, she would keep us updated if anything changes and simply would keep in touch to be there for us. During the lockdown while Covid-19 pandemic we werent able to meet, however she would organise online training sessions on a regular basis. I could not recommend Tracy enough! Excellent trainer. The pleasure is all mine. Thank you for your spirit and wisdom.

Tracey is great! She has great knowledge in the dental profession and customer service, and she has an excellent way of passing on what she knows in a fun and easy to understand way. She has given us some amazing tips and guidance as to how we can change the way we communicate with our patients. She has been very supportive in the whole length of our training by always keeping in touch with our progress and always providing help when we requested any assistance. We have seen great improvement in the way we interact with our patients and we strongly recommend her to any practice looking to improve their customer care. Thank you Tracy :-)

Tracy is a wonder woman (though without the gold hotpants!) If you want to have the best reception team you've ever worked with, get her in to your practice. She has extensive dental experience and thus she is able to get to the nub of any problem very quickly. She has certainly transformed our receptionists, and they absolutely love their jobs now and are always looking how to do things better. Worth every pound of her fees :)
