I would highly recommend this company. Unfortunately the bike I wanted wasnt in stock but Riccardo explained the reason to me and was honest about the possible wait times. Unfortunately I wanted it for Christmas for my son so I cancelled the order. This was done immediately after asking. I called the shop and the phone was answered immediately and they also got back to me via email straight away. Although this time I wasnt able to purchase from them I would definitely come to this company again if I need to purchase anything else bike related.

Bruw , been lookin for this part for about a week , Just phoned the shop 10 minutes before they were closing and yes!!! they do have great customer support ! I asked if it can be sent with priority and guess what,? Next day at 13:00 the Apc courier knocking on my door , the part has arrived !!! Thanks Scuff wheels ! 10/10 Bosch cx gen 2 service kit
