        Lived here 10 years and nothing ever gets done takes months for simple requests for repairs or complaints to be dealt with it very frustrating when you pay your rent. Plus the increase in rent weekly is unbelievable 2023 re maintenance charges . Most residents do their own patch garden outside their flats all though communal. Most residents improve their flats decorators flooring and such like.. To say Housing 21 improve their older properties as here is not forthcoming.

        Good.house for sheltered accommodation warden covered very tired please garden are look after. And windows are by windows cleaners a nice to live
