        waited 45 minutes for our food to turn up, and when it did i was missing half the order. called up and asked them to bring it back, they said they might the attitude from the man on the phone was disgusting. awful customer service. waited an hour hoping that it would turn up. rung again and demanded my food as it was for my daughter, the rude man on the phone said are u happy now?! never got my food in the end and my daughter went hungry. im never ordering from here again, disgraceful customer service. do not order from here

        Extremely rude staff on the phone. They try and talk down to you and raise their voices. (Roosters Spot are also Amore Pizza so AVOID BOTH). They dont talk with any respect or decency. I've been banned, after being a loyal customer, ordering weekly for over 3 years, yet they ban me for apparently taking other people's deliveries which is absolutely absurd and untrue, and they have nothing to even back up these false allegations. On the other hand, if I were to receive someone else's order then why aren't the delivery drivers making sure they're delivering to the right address! Incompetent business, bad customer service. Disgusting bunch of idiotic people. Avoid.

        Due to being very Ill in hospital I orderd food from here I must say in all my life iv never been so disappointed in customer service and quality of the food I am currently doing this review from a and e I called to complain and well the person who answered the call was very rude and arrogant if you like you food and what good customer service definitely give this place a miss

        Just wanted my order to be repeated and the guy on phone started shouting at me and told me not to tell him how to do his job. As a customer, is it not right to know what Im paying for, before confirming the order?guy over the phone said he knows where I live God Im scared . Dont use this place as they abuse you and ruin your evening. Very disappointed customer service. Will never use them again.
