Redbrick property robbers,remember all landlords you can take legal action against them aswell ,the arnt untouchable, when you pay for a service you should expect a service your paying for ,if you don't receive the service your paying for sue them,remember there are laws that protect you too,contact rip off Britain BBC or the parliamentary ombudsman, trading standards or any organisation ,make a formal complaint to the property management scheme they are registered with ,also contact the local County Council or your local mp

Echoing many other reviews here. Basic maintenance requirements not being met. I had to beg them to fix a manhole cover which could very easily have turned into a serious lawsuit had someone fallen down it. Also several complaints regarding a seriously dangerous footbridge over a large ditch have been ignored. General cleanliness and tidiness of the site is well below acceptable standard.

Garbage company. They literally take your money and do nothing. The result is the same as if you did not hire anybody. Do not engage in business with these individuals.

I recently moved in to a property in Draper close essex and found a problem with a water leak, got in touch with the management company, and they had A plumber come out straight away because it was a communal pipe I found this to be a excellent response as where Ive had properties before and other management companies it takes for ever and ever after talking to my neighbours found out theyve just recently taken over this very large estate due to the fact the last management company were absolutely useless so Im now a very happy owner of a property where I know its going to be managed to a high standard

Excellent firm weve had this company for over three years Ive been a director of housing Estates since 1995 and never come across a management company as helpful as this one and trust me weve tried a few obviously Google score may not look good but I take this with a pinch of salt youre always gonna have a resident or a tenant out there arent happy about something and also Ive noticed some of the bad reviews are in the time we were all on lockdown as the owner of two businesses theres probably no business that performed 100% during the unprecedented times and extra challenges most companies incurred but as a director of a housing estate I know exactly what Im talking about 10 out of 10 and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to any other estate ive also passed there details on to 2 other housing Estates nearby and they are now controlling them And Ive had no complaints from them either
