Posted item wasnt asked value of item and when got lost in post was told only liable for 20 pound. Went to speak politely to manger was told it was his son but why would they waste there time asking the value every time when someone post a lot and what did he want me to do as he wasnt paying out out of his own pocket. Didnt apologies until asked by customer for an apology for his sons mistake. Stoped going there now as the customer service was disgusting, an apology means nothing if you have to ask for it.

I have been to this PO twice. I went there a second time just to verify my opinion. This is the worst post office service experience I have ever had in the whole wide world. I felt bad after using the PO twice. Never going back.
