        I have been very dissatisfied with the service today. I wanted to send money abroad. The lady who was supporting me was not experienced and made me wait an hour, kept asking advice from her colleagues. She failed to provide support to me and they asked me to call moneygram. I clarified that there was nothing wrong on the side of moneygram but they refused to provide service and blamed this system. I was so angry for their reluctance to support me or even communicate and explain the reason for the failure to send money. They just simply refused to do their. It's the second time I failed to transfer money in this post office. It was a nasty experience to wait in the queue, to wait till this inexperienced employee was learning how to do her job while making the customers wait longer than usual and not provide service at all. I take it as an insult and feel so upset from the staff and their attitude.
