Fitness with Sally

I have had back problems but can honestly say that Pilates really does help my flexibility. I love how Sally's classes vary each week teaching different stretches and using different equipment. The classes are never boring, some other classes I have attended in the past have been as they are the same exercises week in week out. The time flies by and I generally feel the benefit of the class especially a couple of days later!

I started attending Pilates classes with Sally sometimes in March of 2022, shortly after I moved to Stevenage. It started as a "trial basis" but I really fell in love with it. I am attending twice a week and I love the variety of exercises, different routine and equipment each week and exercises are suitable for absolutely everyone. Every Monday and Tuesday I am looking forward to the Pilates class and I would highly recommend Fitness with Sally to everyone that is able and interested to attend. Another very important point is that Sally is very flexible and accommodating when changes in schedule are requested, which is extremely helpful this day and age where our lives are constantly interrupted by other factors.

I love this class even though I am allergic to exercise! Sally explains everything really clearly and I love how she can always tell when we are not breathing during various moves!!

Have been attending these Pilates classes for a few months now and it has helped ease my back pain. Well worth the time and I'm glad I started going and will continue for many more months.
