They are always so helpful and polite, I've been going here for many years, even though I moved i still travel to go here, They make you feel comfortable, when approaching them about any problem you have, the staff are very friendly, 5 stars.

It is always a pleasure dealing with the pharmacist and staff at St Nicholas Pharmacy. They are always willing to provide good advice, friendly, jolly and go above and beyond to be helpful. For example, I am on 3 long-term prescription medications but prefer particular brands that I find easier to swallow, and they go out of their way to provide those brands. I now have my prescriptions delivered free-of-charge on a monthly basis, and the service has been highly reliable. On the rare occasion when a different brand of tablet is delivered to my preferred brand, they are always happy to exchange any sealed (unopened) boxes without quibble. I highly recommend St Nicholas Pharmacy to everyone living in and around the Stevenage area - indeed, I pass by a couple of other pharmacies located closer to where I live to use them!
