Genuinely worst pharmacy you could pick, every female in the place is disgustingly rude and unhelpful (they would be better served as doctors receptionists) 45 min wait for prescriptions even if you put it in 7 days prior and when you question the 45 min wait they just blow up at you that theres no pharmacist ???? Its a pharmacy!! This one pharmacy brings down Lloyds reputation without question talk to anyone waiting outside they will say the same. Will be changing preferred pharmacy on nhs app even though I live 2 mins away I would rarther take the bus to town than be spoken to like that again. No idea where they get the audacity to speak to people like that I watched a oap stand with a walking stick wobbling waiting in desperation for her medication.

So rude! They made a mistake and couldn't even apologise. I left the pharmacy stressed and almost in tears...avoid if at all possible.

Don't bother. They don't give out prescriptions even when the doctor has signed off on it days before... Either their system is broken or all the staff are just incompetent.

Went to collect my prescription from the pharmacy. When I checked the bag, I found out the pharmacy hadn't given me both items of my prescription. Had to go back in (as they never answer their phone) to be told, that it was my doctors fault because they hadn't sent it through properly. Even though i had the printed, dated prescription issue note, i was told to ignore it. The women on the desk was really rude, pointing her finger at me aggressively. I then phoned my doctor to find out that the full prescription was sent to pharmacy correctly. I then went back in with my dad to whom the women was then really nice. It turns out they actually had the rest of my medication on their shelf. I had no apology from them whatsoever. The service in there is absolutely disgusting. This is coming from someone who suffers badly with my mental health, to be treated like that is appalling. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.
