I would highly recommend Max. We noticed we had rats coming into our property. Max took my first call out of hours on a Friday evening, and immediately committed to come round first thing on the Saturday morning. In total he visited the property about 5-6 times until both him and us were convinced that the problem was fully resolved. He was reliable and professional throughout. He was never in a hurry to finish an appointment and move on, he always took the time to explain things and make sure we were happy, and even communicated with us between visits. I felt his price was very fair and represented good value. Not only did he catch all of the rats over the course of a couple of weeks, he went above and beyond to fill entry points on the interior and exterior of the property to prevent the problem re-occurring (at no additional charge). Max was very genuine and clearly puts the customer first, a pleasure to deal with. 10/10. Service: Rodent extermination

Unfortunately we recently had an issue with mice behind the units in our kitchen. A quick call was made to Max and he responded straight away. Max quickly found their entry point, an air brick and fitted a cover to stop them coming in. He also laid poison to kill the existing mice. Over the following 4 weeks Max returned every week to make sure they were all gone and weren't coming back. We're very pleased with Max's work and the results were perfect, no more mice problems. Well done Max we really appreciate your work. I will certainly recommend Apex to anyone who needs pest control in the future. Service: Rodent extermination
