I would 100% reccomend Phil! I tried the gym, but the membership card sat in my wallet (probably used to scrape ice off the car) I got my own gym at home, which collected dust and took up room. Whilst I lacked the motivation to use it.. Then I came across Phil's personal training and strong boss project posts online which poked my curiosity about kicking myself into gear and getting fit. Phil got in touch and I like the fact it wasn't the pressure of instantly having to sign up, but more of several conversations over a couple of weeks of what I was looking for but also what Phil could offer. Making sure that we were both the right fit for the program. Phil comes across as someone that is very knowledgeable in all things fitness, training, health, eating and mind. With unique training programs to you, healthy but vital meal guides, webinars to assist with health and mind and a coach that works along side you to meet your goals.. In the end it was an easy decision to sign up and it has definitely paid off. In the first 12 weeks of training, I have followed the program that Phil has made for me, to great success. I have renewed a new passion for cooking (which my wife is happy about) and love diving into the menu packs that Phil has created which is key to the program. I have also found the webinars useful in a way I didn't think I would.. Getting fit is not just about losing weight or training and can also be about the mind. The training App itself is great, with Phil's video guidance showing you the way, as well as being able to see the past and future training schedules as well as the advice showing me my food stats for the day (calories, protein, fat and fibre for example) Phil motivated to so far in the first 12 weeks - - to feel like training is now part of my daily routine and not a chore I need to think about squeezing into my busy day - build far more muscle and lose more fat - lose nearly 5 inches between my chest and stomouch - generally feel feel healthier and fitter - enjoy cooking again and more importantly for those wishing to sign up, it is all great food you need to fit along side the training (not just water and vegetables like on a weight loss diet) My end goal is to continue on the path of training as a daily routine, to be a fitter / healthier me, father and husband.

I went to Phil Burman to get help with improving my terrible fitness level, strength and mobility. Working as a Manager for the NHS, dealing with Covid and lots of family issues had left me mentally and physically exhausted. And with retirement on the horizon and arthritis in my knee, I knew I had to take control of my health before it was too late. First thing Phil did was assure me it was never too late to make a change. He emphasised that the first step has to be a change of attitude - I needed to prioritise ME. Four months later and I am measurably stronger, focus is back on track and things are looking brighter. Phil is flexible in his approach both in terms of the training he puts me through to allow for aches and pains, but also to keep the work outs interesting. I love that its all about focusing on achieving what you really can when you focus, pushing a bit forward everything, getting those foundations really grounded and then pushing it a little bit more. It makes you feel empowered. Highly recommend Phil's training - give it a go, you won't regret it.

I have been training with Phil for a few months now and my fitness, strength and understanding of my diet has improved vastly as well as losing over a stone. Phil is committed to getting your mind body and soul in top condition and runs regular goup zoom sessions to check in with his clients which is a nice touch. I now go to the gym confident that I can use weights safely
