Stevenage packaging have been brilliantly helpful with my new start-up business and albeit my initial order was very small nothing was too much trouble for them, providing cost effective and speedy solutions, excellent service thank you and I look forward to dealing with you again as our volume increases.

A terrible experience which took us the better part of 6 months to deal with. Initially, we were happy with the service and samples provided by the company. However, upon delivery of the final product, the majority of the gift bags we had ordered were faulty and defective. There was sticky substances on them, most were not even glued properly, some came without handles. Some didnt even come assembled at all. The amount of hoops I had to jump through to get the actual product which was promised was unacceptable. It wasnt until I threatened to do a charge back on the credit card that the company actually sorted the order out and reprinted the whole order of gift bags. The delivered goods are still not the same quality as the initial samples provided but dealing with this company any further was simply not worth our time.

Great customer service from Ross! He was very patient and went the extra miles for me at all times. The mailing bags were perfect. Ross was always there when i needed to ask questions. Such a great guy. A great company. I will definitely return.
