Great products but poor experience as a customer. There is no door in the fitting room only curtains and the staff doesn't really pay attention to customers whether someone is in the fitting room or not. When I was changing a man walked on me. I am definitely not coming back to this place where I can not feel safe. Horrifying experience.

Used to regularly visit this store and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Today I went to return an item of which I was told I had 28 days to return the item at another store where I purchased them. I went to return the item today only to be told that I couldnt return the item as it was out of the return period which was 21 days! No good will was shown considering I was told different information at another store and I was only one day over the date. The sales assistant was rude when I told her I was disappointed in their lack of consideration that they themselves had provided me with misinformation. I wont be shopping here again.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. It would cut down waiting times if there was a second till, as returns can take a while and hold other customers up.
