        Fantastic welcoming and friendly service. My new glasses needed alteration. Soft gel nose grips were not available/ discontinued only aiir-filled nose grips in stock. Soft gel grips taken from display stock items and added to my expensive frames. One extremely happy customer. Keep up the good work.

        Just like stepping back in time, for example when I attended for my hearing test the computer system was down, the impression upon entering the area is.... not modern layout, also there is a door leading to Sainsbury store but not in use so Specsavers has an entrance door other side of the shopping trolleys. The audiologist was professional but I never got a test as IT down so sound booth not up n running, also he wasn't happy with my eardrums and said I should see a doctor so I did, GP said all seemed okay but referred me to hospital anyway just in case. GP said it will be a long wait for hospital. So I still have my basic NHS aids. I had the cash for a bells n whistle set of aids but not to be.
