Wanting two pairs of driving glasses, the manager in Stevenage strongly recommended that although more expensive, I should buy one pair with polarising lenses. I hesitated before buying his sugested glasses; they are brilliant! Thank you.

Absolutely awlful service. 4 Ordered two pairs of glassES on 30 November One pair arrived and eas told the other pair hadnt let the lab was still in progresd Made two phone calls and was assured they would be chaded up. After visiting the store was told rhe ordere was still in progress and the lab was closed for christmas so could not be contacted. With Christmas and New Year closures it is looking at being 6 weeks before I receive them. They habe placed another order for them but that doesnt solve the situation re waiting for them. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN !!!

I'm happy with the eye test and the price of the new vari-focals. However, I've received a message asking me to call because my new glasses already but they just don't answer the phone. I'm going to have to go in person to see if I can get an appointment to collect the new glasses.

Asda opticians Stevenage. Very poor customer service. Had booked an appointment in early Jan-22 for third week of Feb-22 (six weeks in advance). Two days before the appointment they called and cancelled my appointment as no optometrist was available. When asked for rescheduling they made no attempt to help and simply said next appointment is now end of Mar-22. No offer to even try to offer an alternative in case of cancellation.
