Myself and my Dad wanted to say thank you to you all for your excellent service, care, dedication and to making my mums last months comfortable and as easy as possible in what has been a very tough time.
All of you have been great but theirs 2 carers that have really stood out from the rest. Toni and Vicky started caring from the time mum came out of hospital until the end. The way they interacted with mum to the way they interacted with us as a family was first class. Myself and my dad have never experienced this before, they both cared, supported, guided and worked brilliantly together to deliver the service you provide. We cannot thank them and you all enough.
