I was a loyal customer to this nail bar, I went every 2 weeks and always loved my nails I even recommended the salon to many friends. Unfortunately I will not be returning as I had an awful experience with the Lady who works here, she misunderstood what i was asking for and accused me of calling her a liar when I tried explaining what I had messaged and asked for previously and shown a picture. She continuously tapped mine and my mothers hand when we did not have it in the position that she wanted. She is very abrupt and doesnt really take care. The man on the other hand is lovely and gentle and chatty. I messaged the business and tried to resolve the issue and let them know how upset and embarrassed they made me feel and i was ignored, I could see they were online. I am very saddened by this experience and the outcome.
