M25 Vans

Sorry I have no option for zero stars otherwise I could have given them that. Avoid them if you love your money and mental peace. They are pathological liars and never honour their words in my deal with them. It's been more than 10 weeks but I still haven't receive my logbook, RAC warranty cards and power adapter which they promised will send by post. I am chasing them since I paid them on 25th of October but no resolution till I am writing this review. Technically I should not drive this car as I still don't have proof of ownership(logbook). So my money is in their bank account and their car(as technically they still owns it) in my driveway. I had christmas holiday booked to visit my family in Cardiff but now I have to cancel it and as can not/ should not drive without legal documents. So they have cheat me with my money, steal my peace of mind and also reason for spoiling holidays for my family. I have mentioned all this to them in a text and expecting them to call me and give me some satisfactory answer but they choose to ignore. Normally I am not very critical about service and give businesses benefit of doubt for their unprofessional behaviour. But this company has made me write this review which suggest that they are unprofessional by choice not by chance. So please avoid them at all cost.

Avoid this company at all cost, I bought a van and it took them 3 weeks to get the van ready for delivery and they gave all excuses to refund. They claimed the part has to come from France and after getting the van. I spent a lot of money on the van to be able to use. And M25 Vans won't accept responsibility. I won't recommend

Bad people to do business with. They sell scrap vehicles as new, I wish I can give zero star. Please make sure you visit their garage and see for yourself.

M25 vans sell vans really quickly and now I can see why. Mark was really easy to deal with and was ready to go the extra mile. In fact he came 120 mile round trip to deliver my berlingo for me to epsom. The van is lovly and low milage, it looks even better than advertised I am confident because I got a good warranty and rac protection too. All together, a nice van, good deal from a very nice company and nice owner too Thankyou m25 This morning I read about a man buying a van and being let down by the dealers Well I'm adding to my review because problems do arise with motors but it's how they're put right. I am now 100% sure mark is the best dealer I've ever come across. He "really does want his customers to be happy" Go ahead, buy from m25, you really are in good hands. Jon
