We had a mortgage through Renuka 5 years back and she was really helpful and thorough in her work. This time we chose her again as we knew that she is very reliable and very patient with all our queries. At one stage when we thought our deal may collapse, she was very proactive to help us secure a new mortgage for the new deal. She kept us updated on every stage.
