        Went today to their store to upgrade the contract and get a new phone and Gertrude was very helpful and friendly. She answered all our questions and made sure we make the right choice. She gave an excellent customer service. :)

        Glenn in Vodafone has been selling me phones for years. Always amazing service and I will follow him to every store he works in. I live in Essex but travelled to Stevenage just to see Glenn. Would advise anyone to visit this store.

        Went into Vodafone stevenage this morning, spoke to Glenn store manager. He went through everything with me about upgrading my phone, he was so good, not trying to take out a bigger package than you need. Tailored everything for my needs. He did not rush and everything he told me was easy to understand. Treated me as a valued customer, not just another person. Absolutely delighted , he was one of the old school. Excellent
