        My review is based on a quote. Andy came over and said there were broken tiles, which needed replacing but no other company said that to me and it turned out there were none that needed replacing. They seemed to be worried about full payment being made if they were to do the job. The price quoted was reasonable but detail was very brief and I was not convinced by them.
