Wouldnt even give a star if an option. Ordered a hire car and phoned the day of collection to say they have no available cars. Tried again the next day - order went through but due to previous issues I tried to contact local branch via the main number to be told the system shows cars available but they were unable to contact the branch directly and apparently had no management to speak to. The caller had an attitude that he couldnt care less and that they obviously get multiple calls like this daily. I cancelled my reservation as I have zero confidence in them. They should not be allowed to trade. They just book reservations without any knowledge of whether a car will be available. Yes they were the cheapest but its just not worth the incompetence to deal with this company. Please look elsewhere, particularly if it would cause disruption if no car would be available. Ive never dealt with such an incompetent company.
