        I had my car MOT today and the always friendly manager fixed a simple failure item ( rear seatbelt ) free of charge for a Pass with 3 recommendations which I will amend in the coming weeks ..... This is why I always use the Stevenage branch for all my motoring needs and recommend the company to family and friends . From a again Happy customer .

        Decent staff, made sure nothing was damaged on my car so had to take extra time because its got splitters on it. Most places wont do that. Thank you.

        Why do they offer appointment times, I arrived 15 minutes before my allotted time as requested only to wait an hour and 45 minutes before my car was attended to, they had my mobile number plus my email, so could of informed me of the delays they were having before i arrived, if I had been late for my appointment it would most probably been cancelled.
