        Always VERY helpful , becoming a bit of a regular visit for my wife or my jewellery......required a particular item, no problem, store ordering it in....much rather go in and speak to staff for their expertise than use their web site.

        Put an item in for repair, despite having a 'promised' by date it wasn't back from repairers told it would be in a day or 2, went in several times just to be fobbed off and being told should be back soon..phoned up again spoke to another assistant and found out they had not even started repairing it,.very angry at being messed around my time is priceless.Took over a month to get sorted.poor communication & sales guy didn't really know what he was doing.i was fearing it had been lost as it has special attachment

        They were ok not overly helpful, made me feel awkward because I wanted a longer chain and it made the item twice the price! Was too scared to ask if they had in stock the watch I had seen on the website!
