        I would advise anyone to avoid this company as they will rip you off when you move out of property they manage. They will be nice while you're paying the rent, but when you move out they will try to get you to pay for general wear and tear and damage you didn't even cause. They'll threaten you with further costs too if you don't give in to their demands.

        As a tenant I had problems with VG mainly with preparing the contract. It had wrong spellings of names and was prepared unlawfully. I know that we are all people but when you send contract a client it should be done correctly.
